Diy antibacterial yoga mat spray.
1 16 oz spray bottle preferably amber glass 1 4 cup witch hazel 15 drops lemon essential oil 10 drops lavender essential oil 5 drops peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil 3 drops tea tree essential oil filtered water.
Instructions pour the water and witch hazel into a bowl.
Use after each yoga mat use or as desired.
Shake the bottle spray onto the mat and wipe dry.
Once you ve sprayed it top to bottom wipe down your yoga mat using a microfiber or other reusable cloth i like microfiber becasue it s super absobrant and picks up a lot more grime than cotton or paper.
Spray liberally on your yoga mat immediately after you finish your practice.
To use simply lay your yoga mat flat on the ground and give it 3 5 sprits of your new diy disinfectant yoga mat cleaning spray.
Shake and spray directly onto mat.
Add your lavender oil and tea tree oil.
Add the tea tree oil and optional essential oil for scent.
Instructions add witch hazel to spray bottle and top with water until almost full.
Mix together all of the above ingredients and pour into spray bottle of choice any extra can be stored place the top on the spray bottle and shake to combine the ingredients.
Small spray bottle 2 4 ounces or so distilled or spring water 3 4 of spray bottle 2 drops of tea tree essential oil 1 drop of lavender essential oil optional.
Wipe clean using a towel and leave out to dry completely.
If you prefer more fragrance feel free to add more.
Pour 1 4 cup white vinegar 1 4 cup of witch hazel and 2 1 2 cups of water into your spray bottle.
Every bottle seems to drip differently and everyone likes different strengths of scent.
Add in essential oils.
Shake the bottle before each use.
